Please note: Medical consent forms must be returned to us by the 13th of September or you will not be allowed on the island. Email Gabby if you need a copy.

To register for the Australian Wiccan Conference 2006 you must fill in and return our registration form with full payment or a deposit no later than the 30th of April 2006 (Registration date extended to 8th September 2006 for full payment only).

To secure your place you must pay a $50 deposit by 30th of April 2006 and the remainder by the 31st of July 2006. You may pay the full amount up front if you wish and qualify for the early bird discount.

If you cancel your place before 30th of April 2006 all monies will be refunded. However you forfeit your $50 deposit if you cancel after this date.

To qualify for the early bird discounts you must pay the full amount by April 30th 2006.

PAN or PA Members must provide their membership number to qualify for the members discounts.

Registration fee includes GST, accommodation (lodge or camping), catering, rituals, workshops and return ferry transfer.

  1. Download the registration form here (100k) or you can pick one up from PAN full moon events and Mysteries stores in Penrith and Balmain here in Sydney. You can also send a self-addressed envelope to PAN at PAN Inc PO Box 1062 North Sydney N.S.W 2059 and we will mail a form to you.
  2. Fill in the form and include either your credit card details, a money order or a personal check for your payment.
  3. Mail your forms and payment to PAN Inc PO Box 1062 North Sydney N.S.W 2059.
  4. On receipt of payment PAN will mail you a registration pack containing your ticket if you have paid in full or a booking number if you have paid only your deposit. This pack will also contain venue and transport details as well as maps and packing lists. A medical consent form required by the venue will also be sent to you in your pack. This form includes information such as allergies, food requirements and medicare details and must be returned to us before the 13th of September. Your ticket will be mailed to you only on full receipt of payment.
Important: Your ticket is also your ferry pass so make sure you have paid and recieved your ticket before you arrive at the wharf.

Discourteous Behaviour

These will ensure your future exclusion as a guest
  • Touching the magical or musical instruments of others without first asking the owner's permission
  • Smoking in common areas. This includes covered outdoor areas.
  • Insulting language towards your hosts or other guests
  • Sponging: Turning up and just expecting others to feed, shelter and transport you
  • Religious vilification, pagan or otherwise
  • Intoxication which impacts on the enjoyment of others
  • Talking inappropriately whilst entertainers are performing or during rituals

Disruptive Behaviour

These will result in you being asked to leave
  • Crowd hijacking: Attempting to conduct personal group rituals, cast private group circles etc. in AWC space without an AWC organiser's permission. This includes using the gathering as a forum for airing personal grievances and will not be tolerated
  • Disrupting ritual: Rituals are not compulsory. If you do not agree with what is to take place in a rite, do not attend it, or quietly leave it. It is YOUR responsibility to attend ritual briefings beforehand and ask questions to ascertain its suitability.
  • Overt sexual behaviour in the presence / viewing of minors
  • Any illegal drug use
  • Sexual harassment of any kind. No MEANS No!
  • Cursing or threatening to hex
  • Taking children on walks / swimming etc, without first gaining parental permission

Destructive Behaviour

Instant removal and possible criminal sanctions
  • Indecent assault
  • Picking a fight, or threats of actual assault
  • Stealing
  • Breaking of any federal or state law. Please be aware that in NSW any double edged blade is considered a prohibited weapon, thus the transport of Athames into NSW may result in them being confiscated and destroyed as well as possible criminal charges.
